Realmente en Ciudad Momia sentimos mucha pena como este individuo nos hace quedar mal a todos los colombianos. Javier Puentes literalmente tumbo a los Incantation y hasta el momento le adeuda los pasajes de avion y los honorarios que suman 4600 dolares, lo cual ni siquiera es mucho dinero para una gira con varias fechas en Latinoamerica. Aqui esta el comunicado oficial de la banda, tanto en ingles como en español.

Estoy de vuelta en casa después de completar la gira más agotadora en la que haya estado en mis 29 años de vida.
La gira surmericana de INCANTATION "Primordial Domination" llegó a su
fin después de MUCHOS,MUCHOS problemas, presión, peleas,discusio nes,
etc.
Debe ser hecho público al mundo que el empresario a cargo de
reservar esta gira suramericana de Incantation es un hijueputa LADRÓN y
un ARTISTA DE LA ESTAFA, se llama JAVIER PUENTES de Bogotá, Colombia y
su empresa de producción (yo la llamaría empresa de robos) se llama
Cathedral Rock Productions.
Ja vier Puentes le debe a Incantation $4600 en pasajes de avión y
honorarios de la banda. Debe saberse que 2 días antes de comenzar la
gira, este malparido trató de cancelar todo, Incantation renegoció y
nosotros compramos 3 de los 4 pasajes de avión desde Estados Unidos a
Colombia y desde Chile a Estados Unidos, haciendo que Javier Puentes
(el empresario) se comprometiera a devolvernos esa plata con la
taquilla del toque en Bogotá. lo que no sabiamos (pero de lo que pronto
nos enteraríamos) era que Javier Puentes había recibido con
anticipación pagos desde Lima (Perú) (por $3200 dólares), La Paz (por
$700 dólares) y Santa Cruz (por $600 dólares) (Bolivia). Javier Puentes
les cobró a aquellos empresarios, pero nunca uso esa plata para comprar
nuestros pasajes desde Estados Unidos hasta Suramérica.
Toc amos en Bogotá y después del toque las cosas se pusieron muy
enredadas ya que Puentes empezó a salir con mil disculpas sobre el
toque en Bogotá y la plata que se suponía recibiríamos. Terminó esa
velada y debíamos coger carretera por la noche para viajar a Pereira.
Después del toque de Pereira, YO y John McEntee habiamos quedado de
encontrarnos en la habitación del hotel con Javier Puentes para
arreglar el problema de plata por que ya le debía a la banda más de
$4000 dólares. Él nunca apareció y nos dejó esperando en el hotel. a la
mañana siguiente un amigo suyo ME dejó un mensaje en la recepción , una
nota manuscrita diciendo "No se preocupen, Javier está en Pereira y los
recogerá mañana". No dejó ni dirección ni número telefónico donde
pudieramos localizarlo y nosotros quedamos en un hotel en la mitad de
Colombia sin UN CENTAVO.
Afortunadament e, en el toque en Pereira conocimos a Ricardo Gutiérrez
de Brutalized Records. Nos encontramos con él en el hotel para almorzar
y uno de sus amigos nos dijo que sabía cómo encontrar a Javier Puentes,
así que nos pusimos en la cacería por Pereira y encontramos a Puentes
en un pequeño hotel del centro de Pereira, escondiéndose de nosotros.
En este punto nos vimos forzados a amenazarlo física y
verbalmente. Lo único que conseguímos de él fueron $150 dólares, no
podíamos usar la tarjeta de crédito de John para nuestros gastos pues
tenía el cupo copado con la compra de los pasajes de avión...

I'm back home finally after completeing the most stressfull tour I've been
on during my 29 years of life.
INCANTATION's "Primordial Domination Southamerican" tour has come to an end
after MANY MANY problems, stress, fights, arguments etc.
It must be made public to the world that the promoter in charge of booking
this Southamercian tour for INCANTATION is a fucking RIP-OFF and CON ARTIST,
his name is JAVIER PUENTES of Bogota , Colombia and his production agency (I
would call it a theft agency) is called "Catherdral Rock Productions"
Javier Puentes owes INCANTATION $4600 dollars in plane tickets and band
fees. Let it be known that 2 days before starting the tour This asshole
tried to cancel everything, INCANTATION re-negotiated and we purchased 3
outta 4 plane tickets from USA to Colombia and from Chile to USA, having
Javier Puentes (the promoter) priomised us the return of this money from all
the attendance of the Bogota show. Little did we know (and soon found out)
that Javier Puentes had previously recieved down deposits from Lima (Peru,
$3200) and from
La Paz ($700) and Santa Cruz ($600) (Bolivia). Javier Puentes chardes these
promoters and never used the cash to purchase our flights from
USA /
Mexico to Southamerica.
We played in
Bogota and after that thigns got very very shady as Puentes started coming
up with dozens of excuses regarding the
Bogota show and the money we were supposed to recieve. That night ended and
we had to hit the road overnight to travel to
Pereira,
Colombia. After the Pereira
show, Me and John McEntee had agreed to meet at the hotel room with Javier
Puentes to settle the money situation because he was already owing the band
over $4000 dollars. He never showed up and left us at the hotel. The enxt
morning a friend of his left a message for ME at the reception , an hand
written note sayin " Do not worry Javier is in
Pereira and will pick you guys up tomorrow" !!!! He did not leave an address
or a phone number where we coudl reach him and we were sitting in a hotel in
the middle of
Colombia with out a SINGLE PENNY!!!
To our luck, at the Pereira
show we met Ricardo Gutierrez from BRUTALIZED RECORDS. He met us at the
hotel the enxt day to have lunch with him, and one of his friedns told us
how to find Javier Puentes , so we set off on a man hunt to downtown and
found Puentes in a small hotel in the middle of downtown
Pereira, hiding from us.
At this point we were FORCED to threaten him verbally and physically. All we
got from him at this point was $150 dollars, we could not use John's credit
card for expenses becasue it was up to the limits with the plane tickets. He
promised us AGAIn that as soon as we got back to
- Jose Cox , Cesar Wallace (Rock Hard Magazine), Eduardo (driver) & crew
- Roberto Guiñez and Carolina at ARSENAL OF GLORY RECS / Bloody Axe Metal
store.
